Through differentiated compositions the sealing layer resins offered by INEOS Olefins & Polymers Europe cover a wide range of SITs from 115°C to as low as 80°C whilst retaining high melting temperatures.
Using specific copolymer structures and unique production processes, we offer material for metal receptive skin layers for metallized film. These materials provide outstanding performances in terms of cleanliness, processability, surface treatment retention, high barrier post metallization and ink adhesion.
The “High Performance” versions have outstanding processability making them the material of choice for high speed BOPP lines.
INEOS Olefins & Polymers Europe also markets a broad range of polypropylene resins intended for core BOPP, blown and cast films, including heat sealable layer of laminates used in retortable pouches.
